Partial.ly Terms and Conditions
Partial.ly is a payment plan for qualifying orders on CelebrityAuthentics.com. A credit check is not completed and there is no financing fee. All are welcome to utilize Partial.ly who own a valid credit or debit card. The service is free and after initial down payment, Partial.ly splits your remaining balance, including any applicable Shipping Fee and Sales Tax, into monthly payments. Total number of months for plans vary based upon the order total. At any point you may log into your account and pay off your balance and update your credit card information. Your order will ship once final payment is received.
By accepting these terms and conditions, your credit card will be charged monthly from the date of purchase until the balance is paid in full. All sales are final and Payment Plans cannot be canceled. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Late payments are subject to a $35 per month Late Fee.
Accounts with past due Partial.ly Payment Plans will be unable to add additional payment plans until their account is current and in good-standing. Failure to make payment and bring your account balance current within sixty (60) days from date of billing will result in your Celebrity Authentics account being suspended. Failure to make payment and bring your account balance current within ninety (90) days from date of billing will result in your Partial.ly Payment Plan being voided and item/s within your order being released and resold without any credit or compensation due customer nor any liability against Celebrity Authentics, LLC. Any attempted chargeback received will be countered with a copy of the customer Acknowledged and Signed Partuial.ly Plan Agreement, resulting in its dismissal. Filing a chargeback will result in permanent cancellation and disabling of your Celebrity Authentics account and any associated accounts. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania and the state and federal courts located in East Stroudsburg, PA shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over the subject matter herein.
